The 15th Annual Charity Antiques Show & Sale 2008

The Annual Charity Antiques Show & Sale 2008 will be held on April 25, 26, and 27, at the Waterfowl Festival Building in Easton, MD. Eighteen East Coast dealers will display a wide variety of antiques, including 18th and 19th Century English furniture and art, linens, decoys, stoneware, Chinese porcelain, Persian and Caucasian rugs, silver, country furniture, equestrian accessories, antique and estate jewelry, and clocks. The show begins with the festive Preview Party and ends with a complimentary Afternoon Tea on Sunday. Saturday features verbal appraisals for books, jewelry, and general antiques conducted by appointment and complimentary cheese and wine reception. Raffle tickets will be sold this year for an assortment of wonderful prizes. For the first time, the Show offers discounted golf at the Easton Club on April 25, 26, and 27. The show and Preview Party benefit the education and prevention programs of the Mental Health Association.

Coffee Break for Moms & Dads

Mothers and fathers are invited to come and share what has worked for them and learn new ideas in the field of child development. The event is free and little ones are welcome. After the discussion, material will be available on many aspects of children’s health. Presented by a coalition of organizations focusing on the importance of family health and early childhood development. Refreshments will be provided.
