Help Yourself Line

Help Yourself Line is a free recorded information service from The Mental Health Association and The Memorial Hospital at Easton. The service provides a simple and anonymous way to obtain confidential information about subjects important to you and your family. If you have any questions or concerns with the Help Yourself Line contact Susan Sherman at 410-822-0444 or send an e-mail to ssherman@mhamdes.org. You can also request a hard copy of this directory to be mailed to you.

Instructions

  • Scan the directory of messages that are available to you.  You can listen to as many messages as you wish.  This service is available for you and your family to use 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Call 410.819.6600 from any touch tone telephone.
  • You will hear instruction telling you how to proceed. After that, press the numbers that correspond to the message that you want to hear.
  • Be Ready! Have a pencil and paper ready to write down information that will be important to you.
