Ages served: All ages On the Mid-Shore ESPS provides outpatient therapy, psychiatric care, psychological testing, psychiatric rehabilitation services (family advocacy), and treatment for persons involved with the criminal justice system. Clients who are prescribed medication and then followed by the physician are expected to continue to work with their therapist. We do not provide psychiatric care without therapy. We have a staff of 25 professionals in our Mid-Shore Office, located in Talbot County We are contracted to provide school-based mental health services in all of the nine Talbot County public schools: children and adolescents can be seen in their school or our outpatient clinic.

New clients complete an intake packet and are then assigned to a licensed mental health professional. After an initial evaluation, treatment goals are established and the modalities are agreed upon (individual, couples, family and/or group therapy). If psychiatric services are needed a referral is made to one of our doctors and evaluation is scheduled.

ESPC provides psychotherapy, psychological evaluation, psychiatric assessment and medication management as well as family advocacy (PRP) services to children, adolescent and adults in the mid-shore area. The agency's licensed mental health providers offer individual, couples, family and group therapy at our outpatient location and in all of the Talbot County public schools. Our interdisciplinary team can help with all mental health disorders, trauma reactions, and problems of living within a holistic framework. Ages served: All ages In addition to other mental health services, For All Seasons serves as the Rape Crisis/Sexual Assault Center and maintains a 24/7 Hotline for both English and Spanish speaking victims. It offers grants for victims of trauma to include sexual and domestic violence.

When you call, Client Services takes intake information over the phone, For All Seasons accepts all patients regardless of their ability to pay for services Urgent Care available and not limited to those who are already patients. The earliest someone can be seen in urgent care is 24-48 hours for therapy and 14-30 days for psychiatric care. To make an appointment that is not either urgent care or a Sexual Assault referral, there may be a wait time of 30-90- 120 days.

Corsica River Mental Health Services is headquartered with their primary clinic in Centerville, The Mission of Corsica River Mental Health Services is to provide, caring, effective and highly accessible treatment and therapy to all residents seeking care in the Queen Anne's County. They also operate a clinic in St. Michaels and Cambridge.

The Cambridge Clinic will be accepting Medical Assistance, Medicare, Primary Adult Care (PAC), Uninsured and Sliding Fee clients. Urgent care is available and is not limited to previously enrolled patients. The earliest someone can be seen in urgent care is the next day. CRMHS has a two-step registration process. Clients can opt to have the registration paperwork mailed to them, or they can walk in and pick it up. Upon completion of basic demographic data, mental health history and reason for referral, clients can then walk in to complete the second step in the registration process. This step includes verification of insurance/ability to pay, identification and signing release of information, HIPPA forms and CRMHS treatment policies and procedure paperwork.


Once completed, client is scheduled for an intake appointment with a therapist, and a Psychiatric Evaluation is scheduled once the intake appointment is completed.


A new patient can choose the professional to work with.


Payment options accepted: Medicare, Medicaid, Major Medical Insurance, Private Pay. We have sliding scale fees to accommodate low-income and uninsured individuals. All clients regardless of their ability to pay will be seen by a therapist and referred for a psychiatric evaluation.
